Personal data will be provided by the interested party absolutely voluntarily. The failure to provide certain data or answers to questions that may be asked in the registration processes or in the various electronic forms presented to the User may result in the impossibility of accessing certain services for which the provision of personal data is essential; in such cases, the Controller will inform about the mandatory and/or necessary nature of providing personal data for the operation of the service.

The Controller guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Users and has communicated the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.

SECURITY BREACHES

The Controller will inform about any security breach affecting the database used by this website, or affecting any of our third-party services, to each and every person whose data may have been affected, and to the authorities, within 72 hours following the detection of the breach.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

The right to file any civil or criminal actions deemed necessary for the improper use of the Website and Contents is reserved.

The relationship between the User and the Controller shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. Should any controversy arise in relation to the interpretation and/or application, the parties shall submit their conflicts to ordinary jurisdiction, submitting to the judges and courts that correspond according to law.
